Now you can cut your own felt ornaments and air freshener sublimation blanks from the same amazing 100% polyester felt sheets we use to make our blanks!

Two Options & Sizes:
⭐ Soft Flexible Felt - Approximately 2mm thick, can be laser cut. (Although we have never tested this in house, some Cricut and/or Silhouette machines can also cut thin felt.)

⭐ Stiff Thick Felt - Approximately 3/16" thick, can be cut with a Glowforge or other laser cutting machine; CANNOT be cut on a Cricut or Silhouette. Please note, material  will flatten depending on the amount of pressure used when sublimating.

⚠️ We are unable to provide any technical support for your cutting machines so please, if you are unsure of things please consider ordering a single sheet to test first.

12" x 18" sheets are perfect for your Glowforge or other laser cutter. 8.5" x 11" sheets are also available. Although we have never tested this in house, it seems some Cricut and/or Silhouette machines can cut felt. (We are unable to provide any technical support for your cutting machines so please, if you are unsure of things please consider ordering a single sheet to test first.)

Use the following as a suggestion, your settings may vary depending on your equipment.

⭐Lint roll prior to pressing

⭐Adhesive spray or heat tape may be applied if needed

⭐Lay felt piece on butcher/parchment paper, lay sublimation transfer face down on felt

⭐Cover with another sheet of butcher/parchment paper

⭐We usually press between 380-400 degrees F for 50-60 seconds (light pressure for stiff material, medium pressure for soft)

⭐Carefully remove felt piece after pressing, let cool prior to pressing the other side
