Single sided MDF hardboard blank is approximately 1/8" thick, glossy white on the front and brown on the back, perfect for sublimation.

Sublimation Instructions:

  • Remove plastic film.
  • If necessary, clean remaining smoke residue with soft cloth and rubbing alcohol.
  • Press at 380-400 degrees, medium pressure for 50-60 seconds.

How to Sublimate Our MDF Blanks

Use the following as a suggestion, your settings may vary depending on your equipment.

⭐ Remove plastic film

⭐ Clean any remaining smoke residue with soft cloth and rubbing alcohol.

⭐ Press at 380-400 degrees, medium pressure for 50-60 seconds.
