RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THICK INSERTS :
* Preheat press to 350 degrees F
* ROLL protective layer off the top with your finger (you may pull layers apart if you scratch or pick)
* Tape insert face down on transfer
* Sandwich between blow out paper
* Press 200-220 seconds light to medium pressure
* Remove from press carefully, let cool
* Peel adhesive back and place insert in jewelry tray
