✔️ 13x19 sheets may be cut down for more economical shipping.

❗ Files are printed as uploaded; Please use high res (300 dpi) transparent (PNG) images for best results. DO NOT mirror. Extra charges may be necessary if your artwork is not print ready.

❗ If you are printing a double sided item make sure you have enough prints for both sides, mirrored if necessary

❗ Size selection is based on page size, therefore the design will be slightly smaller to fit within the page margins. (8.5" x 11" and 13" x 19" pages will NOT be full bleed)

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:

• Colors on screen and/or mockup may not match transfers. Please save artwork to CMYK. RGB designs will be converted to CMYK when printed and may not result in an exact match.
• We do not check for spelling/grammar errors or design flaws. We do not verify website addresses, QR Codes, etc. We may resize as necessary, otherwise designs are printed as received.
• These transfers will not work with a household iron
• If pressing on fabric it must be at least 50% polyester...the higher the poly count the more vivid the colors on the finished piece. Lower poly count will result in a vintage/faded look.
• The sizes noted is the size of the transfer paper itself; unless otherwise discussed we will make the graphic(s) as large as we can based on the selection
• Press times and temperatures will vary depending on the item being pressed. Typical heat settings are between 385-400 degrees for 45-60 seconds.
• Substrate/Shirt must be a white or other light color for best results. Sublimation transfers do not work on black or dark colored shirts as the dye is absorbed into the material.
• Due to the custom nature of this item all sales are final.

UPLOADING YOUR GRAPHIC FILE

• Your graphic must be "ready to print." (Gang sheets are permitted.) We will resize based on selections, but if you need graphic or design help please contact us and we can quote artwork services.
• The higher the resolution the better quality image (Suggested no less than 300 dpi)
• File type must be AI, PNG, PDF, JPG, EPS or SVG

COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARK

• We will not knowingly reproduce any copyrighted/trademarked graphics without proper authorization. Do not upload licensed graphics without first providing a signed consent form from the owner or you risk having your order cancelled with a 10% non-refundable fee to cover processing and administrative fees.
